Control cable for vertical reeling, based on DIN VDE 0250-814, voltage range: 0.6/1 kV Application: Reeling cable for vertical drum-spreader systems for energy and data transfer to “headblock” e.g. on Ship-to-Shore container cranes with high mechanical stress. Depending on installation situation monospiral or cylindrical reels are used. Typical hoisting speed on Super Panamax / Megamax STS gantry crane types: up to 180 m/min.
