DONN was founded in 2004, a port machinery automation company headquartered in Nanjing, China. DONN has branches in Changzhou and Hong Kong and soon will establish a joint venture in Abu Dhabi, UAE. DONN originated from the top R&D teams of Nanjing University, specializing in precise positioning and intelligent perception technology for over 20 years. DONN is the pioneer in the application of outdoor DGPS technology in Chinese ports and the originator of indoor UWB technology in China. Also, DONN has won the second prize of China's National Science and Technology Progress Award that is a fitting tribute to DONN's twenty-year devoted R&D.

DONN provides customers with port machinery automation subsystems and globally leading intelligent twist-lock handling machines whilst undertakes port machinery Automatic Remote Operation projects. DONN started business in 2002 by providing DGPS products to ZPMC as OEM supplier and undoubtedly is the earliest manufacturer in China which provides Auto-gantry Steering and container Position Detection systems for docks. DONN's main port machinery automation subsystems include AGSS, PDS, AGM, ATL, OCR, SGS, AGCS, WPS, WMS, etc.

In recent years, with the booming development of ports again, the requirements of port automation have been raised to a high new level of being intelligent and unmanned.
