AUCOS-Systems GmbH was founded by Rüdiger Metternich in Buchholz i.d.N. in 2018. AUCOS-Systems is the sole sales company for all the different technical systems developed by RMM, Metternich Mechatronik GmbH, which serve to optimise technical equipment connected with the horizontal transport of containers.
The main product is AUCOS-Coup, the automatic coupling between truck and trailer, which has been in use and at various terminals worldwide and patented since 2010. Another new development worldwide is AUCOS-Lock, the automatic locking of the containers on the chassis. In addition, other components such as AUCOS-Leg are under development.
Our goal: Whenever vehicles and personnel are waiting in the transport chain, there is a loss of productivity, efficiency, investment and operating costs. AUCOS products helps to reduce this to a minimum.
